Hennie Haworth - Link Design Products and "Stories" cover

Hennie has just completed her work for Link collaborative design products. Summer/Fall 2010 sees the launch of Link’s debut product; the furoshiki (pronounced fu-rosh-ki), a traditional Japanese wrapping cloth. Furoshiki are generally used in Japan to wrap and carry almost anything from books and clothes, to lunch boxes and watermelons! Promoted as an eco-friendly product, furoshiki can last a long time and be used again and again!

Hennie's work is also featured on the cover of "Stories", edited by Neil Gaiman and Al Sarrantonio, featuring stories by Diana Wynne Jones, Gene Wolf and Walter Mosley amongst others. The collection of short stories is published by Hodder & Stoughton and due for release later this year.

Ben Newman - Graphic Cosmogany, Compass, Plone

Ben Newman has been working hard to finish his illustrations for the up-coming Nobrow title "Graphic Cosmogony", to be released on October 21st. The book features 24 artists and comic creators each dealing with a tale of creation over the course of seven pages. Readers will be familiar with cosmic f**ts, oversized bearded men creating the universe in a week, cataclysmic divorces, giants with irritable bowel syndrome, master carpenters and galactic seeds - now is the time to turn the reins over to another bunch of creative people to come up with more ludicrous answers to that timeless question: where did this all come from?

Bristol's Compass Festival of Lunacy is approaching and Ben's been happily designing the visuals for the event. In this lunatic world prepare to be shocked, delighted, appalled, and entertained! Step behind the looking glass, and into the rabbit warren of the mind with a programme of performance, cabaret, burlesque, live music, DJs, visuals, and silent film.

Last but not least, Netsight Internet Solutions commissioned Ben to design a logo for the Plone Conference 2010. As hosts to the conference, the Bristol-based company wanted the logo to incorporate not just Bristol landmarks but also the city's quirks and cultural identity.
