Life is Radicchio

Kyoko Hamada and Joshua Weber joined forces, with Leilin Lopez-Toledo to sprinkle some visual stardust on T-Magazine’s article about the new American-grown radicchios. Historically, these leafy gems were all about Italian cities, especially in Veneto and Friuli. But things have changed, and the US market is no longer stuck with bland imports or lackluster Chioggia radicchio.

This is a masterpiece that takes your average veg and turns it into a work of (almost) edible art!
