YOU AND I, ONE GLANCE IS ALL IT TAKES

It was a dream come true to collaborate with our long-standing artist Marco Oggian and Salmoiraghi & Viganò to create their Valentine’s Day campaign visuals. 

The art created is a curation of romantic quotes combined with the acclaimed artist’s classic aesthetic.

The campaign was rolled out across social media, a custom designed tram, merchandise, windows display & stickers.

Salmoiraghi & Viganò came to Marco Oggian with a simple yet powerful idea: love can start with just one glance. And so, "You and I, one glance is all it takes" was born. A Valentine’s Day campaign where art and love meet in the most unexpected places. From vibrant store windows to tram stops and even a colourful tram rolling through the city, it’s all about those serendipitous moments that unite people.

Marco Oggian is a visual artist and designer from Italy, now currently based in Spain. He uses simple geometric compositions and bright colours to highlight a variety of social issues.

In the interview you can see below, Marco talks about his path as a designer and what working on this project has meant to him, as he translates the human exprience of love at first sight, inspired by Salmoiraghi & Vigano, into a series of graphic design posters, animations and storefront designs.

But the campaign expanded across the city of Milan and you can see Marco Oggian’s work on tram stops, billboards and the tram itself!

The project became an immersive experience that brought a sense of romance to the whole city, all in the spirit of Valentine’s Day and falling in love at first glance.
